I invite you to my original workshops on releasing emotions, returning to your natural power and inner potential and strengthening the self-healing process, during which I use, among others, work with breath, art therapy and choreotherapy as well as my own experience of the shamanic way of healing.

I invite you to my stationary classes in Wrocław or online classes on the Zoom platform entitled "HEALING THROUGH INTUITIVE PAINTING".

Because I went through the process of oncological diagnosis myself, single motherhood, working in a corporation - I know what a modern man faces and how important it is to take care of your energy level. Painting is a pleasant way to release emotions, which works great as a tool! Meditations that I will lead will help in contacting each other. A meeting with paints will be a different experience and a different journey for everyone. Don't think about whether you can paint or when was the last time you had this experience in your life. It's not about painting a picture, but about expressing yourself, releasing and transforming emotions. It doesn't matter what the end result will look like, but how much you and your energy will flow through the colors. It is not the destination that is important, but the road that leads to it.

Intuitive painting stimulates creativity, allows you to release your own potential hidden under the limitations and patterns into which we were thrown a long time ago by social programs.

Intuitive painting creates a completely evaluation-free space to express your own Soul as it wants to manifest itself at a given moment. Everything that appears is correct. Intuitive painting helps to release blockages of "I can't"; "I can't" stored in the subconscious. It builds self-confidence and opens to the guidance of intuition, which always knows if we turn off the judging mind. Being in the creative process, we enter a kind of meditation, releasing the mind from thoughts, settling in the here and now. Thanks to this, a space is created in which we can easily contact our own Soul and get answers to important questions for us.
